The hotel is situated in a lovely neighborhood with convenient access to a convenience store and laundry services. It's ideal for exploring Osaka, being close to Nipponbashi station and a short walk to Dotonbori. However, the surrounding streets may appear a bit odd.

The room was very nice, with a big shower and a comfortable king-size bed. The toiletries provided were lovely, and the staff was accommodating. The only downside was that it was slightly smaller than the pictures suggested.

The service was fantastic overall, and the staff were quick to remedy any issues we encountered, like when we lost our hotel card. Housekeeping was efficient and effective.

The location was brilliant, just a 5-minute walk from Nipponbashi station and a short 10-minute stroll to Dotonbori. While the area was close to the city center and convenient for accessing Osaka attractions, some nearby streets looked a bit odd.
